"I went into State Farm today just to see if it would be worth swapping to a “Real Person” company instead of the company we had for over 15 years where you only got to speak over the phone. I was greeted by Andrea and she walked me through everything and made me feel like I had been their customer forever. During our conversation Hunter came in and introduced himself and was really down to earth and friendly. I’m huge on customer service and they knock it out of the park. Needless to say I saved over 150 a month by swapping my vehicles insurance today and they earned a lifetime customer. Go in and see Andrea and see what you’ve been missing with your online insurance companies. Sometimes local is better."
